COACH H. W. HARGISS OFFERS RESIGNATION

Board of Control Has as Yet Made No Recommendation on Matter, Dr. Dubach States
Coach H. W. Hargiss who has directed O. A. C. athletics for the last two years, has offered his resignation to the Board of Control according to information given out yesterday.
Hargiss has received offers from several other colleges but as yet has not decided definitely where he will locate next year. The coach's resignation is said to be in the president's office and as yet no action has been taken either by the administration or the Board of Control.
Dr. U. G. Dubach of the Board of Control said yesterday that the matter had not been considered by the board at all. The employment of football coaches belongs to the president's office and the Board of Control only makes recommendations.
