Ozzie Kristen Letter
Apr. 22, 1970
Dear Bill:
On this you day, please accept warmest greetings from one of your
little guys on the cinders from way back in the 20's.
The experiences that you and Fran made possible are deep in my
memories, and that training will always be appreciated.
Bill, one thing I'd like to add as a special bit of gratitude:
One day I mentioned that my trumpet playing days were limited because of the teaching
duties. You gave me hell for thinking of such a thing, and told me I should
NEVER give up playing. I followed you advice and am now playing more that
ever and liking it!
Good luck, Bill,
Ozzie
Family name has been changed. I was Oscar Kutsrliuski, class
of 1930, now Ozze Kristen.
